Bathtub Drain Backing Up

If you have slow drains in the bath tub you may have a backup somewhere in the plumbing line, taking care of it would be a piece of cake.  First check the top of the drain to see if there is any clogged hair or pieces of soap that have fallen down there.


Bathtub backups usually happen because of hair that has bunched up and started a clog. Snaking your drains would help in getting the clog out. But it won’t stop from having hair and other debris going down the pipes.

Next time you’re at the store you should buy a drain stopper to catch all the debris that falls in the bath. Home plumbing projects can be a pain and very expensive meaning that you would need to have deep pockets. There is however, financing for plumbers because most people don’t have the income per month to blow $1000 on new plumbing repair.


Now if you don’t know the basics of bathroom plumbing than it might be a good idea to get the advice of a local plumber. It can help you save thousands of dollars for all your home plumbing, everyone wants to save money with home repairs.
